Easy Users Export Module allows you to filter and export users and different fields from Membership and Profile so yo can open your file in Excel.

• Only Administrators or Host cand search and download.
• Only Host can look into any other portal.
• You can filter filter in using different independent filters.
• You can select what fields to return, including fields from Profile.
• You may be able to return password, depending how it was encrypted.
• Sow data on screen or exported directly to be open in Excel.

The filters are independent from each other.

Portal:If you are host, you can see a dropdown list to select a portal you are interested in. Changing  portal will update the roles for that porta. If you are Administrator, you can only interact in with your site.

Filter by Role: This will search/export for all users in that role in selected/current portal.

Filter by Profile: This will search/export all users in that profile. Currently you can search by Country, Region and City. Value would be the parameter you are interested in.

Username/Email: Will get user with for that criteria. For email, you may get more that one.

Number of Records. This is usefull when you have very large number of users and you want to break the export into Sets. You specify the set number/index (starting from ZERO) and the size. Example: Set 0, size 800, will get record 1 to 800 (or 0 to 799 zero based index). Set 1, size 800 will get you records from 800 to 1600...

When you break your search into sets, a Total available will be shown below the Search button. So you may be downloading 800 but you will know you have, for example, 24865 users.

In the Fields section, you can select which columns to export from Membership and Profile.

IsActive has not been included to make it compatible with Dotnetnuke 4.X. This is availabe on request free of charge.

Roles are exported separated by "|".

Password can be exported depending on your configuration.

Profile: This is a different addtional information for each users. Profile for each user is made up of a number of records in table "UserProfile". Depending on your system this could take some time.

Search and Display. If your search returns more that 100, only 100 will be displayed on the screen. You will see only the fields you selected.
